Major medical health insurance save you from the catastrophe of paying very expensive medical bills just because you need medical attention, not caring whether you incurred it inside the hospital or not. For those consumers who do not always want to pay for that part of the insurance coverage they believe they do not really want, this health insurance plan may be a good option for them. This health insurance plan is all about low monthly premiums and high deductibles. This insurance policy comes with limitations, but there are good because they cover coverage for health care in cases of extreme illness that needs a big sum of money, with hospitalization inclusive.

The areas which major medical health insurance offers coverage includes surgeries, intensive care, lab tests, diagnostics, x-rays and lastly hospital stays, there are usually certain limitations concerning rooms and board. Some of the policies provide coverage on the professional fees of the doctors including private nurses as well as hospital rental of medical appliances. This does not mean that coverage offer always include everything because at times the coverage offer does not include coverage of prescription, drugs and medicines as well as routine doctors visits. All this contradictions have result in insurance agents combining this type of coverage with comprehensive health plan that has coverage for preventive care.

Such insurance plans are good for young people of the ages of 20 years and above and old people from the ages of 50 to 65years of age. This plan is good for this group of people because most of them do not have a health insurance being offer by their employers and at times because they are self employed or may be still studying and do not have jobs. While on the other side older people of the ages 50 to 65 are already up for retirement ad and would obviously loss their health insurance coverage from their employers. Some elderly people prefer going in for major medical health insurance coverage because they take into consideration the possibility of financial loss when they are face with a critical illness that are not covered by their current health insurance plan. As a British man I want to say how PATHETIC and Evil you Americans are to do this to your own people.

I read that there are 5 MILLION American children without ANY health care or even access to a bloody doctor.

Does that make you Americans Proud? Does that want to make you get out your ratty ass American Flag and wave is back and forth and sing “God Bless America”? Disgusting!

Yeah….You Yanks are SO PROUD to say how GREAT you are – yeah GREAT at DENYING health care to your own people…

  6. PaulDougouba says:

America – why do you think it is A OK to DENY HEALTH CARE to your fellow Citizens and Human Beings?

You are an EVIL bunch of people!!!

USA – Do you realize that the WORLD looks upon you with DISGUST and CONTEMPT when you allow this kind of tragedy to happen to your own people?

USA – Your Rich Politicians and Capitalists who allow this kind of inhuman suffering to come upon poor uninsured men, women and children should be arrested, jailed, put on trial…and then executed for GENOCIDE!

In Canada, you pay over TWICE the fed tax rate as in America… but you cant see that you are ALREADY paying for your inferior healthcare UP FRONT in fed tax dollars? You can’t see that? It requires that you actually think a step or two ahead… like in Chess, a game liberals are just terrible at. Why did lhe last two Canadian Prime Ministers and one of their wives have to come all the way to AMERICA for decent medical treatment? Hmm??? Waiting……

Check my uploaded videos and tell me if you all agree or not with my views and share your opinions. I am open to both sides to the arguement and will not call you names or jump on you for your views. This is America and everyone has an opinion on my videos I’d like to know yours.

Health Care Is A Fundamental Right, Not A Privilege. We need to pass health care reform with a public option now. ~Peace~

For 47,000,000 uninsured Americans, we have become a Third World Nation, with regard to healthcare. This exposes the problem, as would any visit to any ER. RAM, noble effort that it is, is NOT the solution. Single Payer Health Care is the solution.

  15. minmotstand says:

America is quickly becoming a third world country…

Thank God for Stan Brock! What would happen to Americans without his wonderful organization! Thanks to Remote Area Medical and PBS!

  17. ron11270428 says:

I wish they would come to my neighborhood. I’m 61, recently laid off, and have pre-existing conditions that preclude me from health care in this crap country.

  18. jlu71 says:

I volunteered for this event and I can tell you that more than 8000 showed up….but were turned away because we were at capacity.
My first patient told me that he got to the Forum the night before at 10pm and finally got to see me at 1pm the next day. Better advertising needs to be done by RAM to recruit doctors. I found out last minute to volunteer. I’m sure many of my colleagues would have considered it had they known in advance…

That this is even NECESSARY in the richest nation on earth is both tragic and disturbing.

HOORAY for PBS and PBS on YouTube for bringing this out. While some -few- commercial broadcasters even mention this, PBS is all over it.
Commercial broadcasters -apparently- prefer to air stuff LIKE astroturfers at healthcare reform town halls, trying to stifle or shut down discussion of healthcare reform.
The contrast of their (public vs. commercial media’s) values, priorities and portrayal of reality is overwhelming and inescapable.

  23. maskedphrogg says:

    Inglewood California?
Only 8,000 showed up for free Health Care?

Better advertising and they could have had 10 times that easily.
Crikey! Just move the Fair a few miles down the road toward Watts. 800,000 the first day.

  24. matman125 says:

Why is no one else covering this? If this isn’t the best case for reform then I don’t know what is.

  25. mkeym says:

I love it! We professionals should always give back. Fantastic job!
