    Yeah these are great exercises that have been around for years, another thing is you need a cardio program, if you can’t or don’t want to go to a gym, try walking, each day and just go farther each day, it will get easier and you can increase your speed and you will loose a’lot of weight, one more thing, you have to stop eating by 7 pm, you stay away from snacks after 7 you’ll be on your way,my brother in law works out like crazy and then eats cookies all night, youneed to be commited, good luck
