I want to put more in and I really love the bodybuilding physique on females. I just dont know where to start. I am overweight and need to lose about 10 more kilos. I just am not really seeing results and its frustrating. I have lost 6 kilos but im kind of stuck plus im getting bored. Thanks heaps.
