Veggies and fruits are good for you! My sister loves bananas and plantain so much so that she hidden in her bed so no one eat them! Sometimes she forget to eat them I find them under her pillow still whole!! She always ask bring me bananas the big ones!! And I do because I want my sister healthy and she is! She is 17 no boyfriend and always going to bed early!!!

It is so much easier and more delicious to eat fruits, vegetables and other foods that provide the proper nutrition, but yet they’d rather pop pills instead of eating the food. …but seriously, I do eat fruit (apples are my favorite), and I eat some vegetables, but honestly the fact that I know it’s good for me won’t make it tastier, or make it cheaper to buy. (I come from a tourist town, where everything is high – priced, and there are no other options, but the local stores for tourists.) @destylebaby I assume fresh fruits are healthier than fruit juice. Right? Even when the fruit juice is freshly squeezed? I drink a lot of bottled fruit juice though. I guzzle it.
